File Specifications
If you prefer to handle some or all of the artwork yourself, we accept various types of
graphic files. You can put your files on CD, floppy, 100MB zip, USB drive, or you can
email them to office@minutemanap.com. We ask that emailed files not be larger than 5MB.

We support both PC and MAC files, and have most of the latest
graphics software for both platforms. We can accept QuarkXpress 6.2 or earlier,
Pagemaker 6.5 or earlier, Photoshop CS (11 or earlier), Illustrator CS (11 or earlier),
Adobe PDF, Publisher, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Flash, Dreamweaver, Netobjects, Frontpage,
HTML, Dbase and Access files.

Some of these programs require additional files to be included when saving
them for output. Please make sure that all fonts and graphics are included.
When using Illustrator, please ‘create outlines’ on artwork to eliminate the necessity of fonts and
save as an .eps file. When using Photoshop, please flatten artwork.

Print Specifications: Photos should be saved at 300 dpi CMYK as a .tif file.
Web Specifications: Photos should be saved at 72 dpi RGB as a .jpg file.
